Trách nhiệm chính
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces as required.
- Ensure all public areas are well-stocked with amenities such as toiletries, hand sanitizers, and tissues.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist guests politely when they request information or directions.
- Remove trash and dispose of waste according to hotel policies.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Support housekeeping and other departments for special events or deep cleaning projects.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in proper condition and storage.
- Ensure public areas are always presentable and welcoming to guests.
Yêu cầu
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and public area maintenance.
- Attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
- No formal education required.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Previous experience in public area cleaning or housekeeping is an advantage.
- Preferred: secondary school level education.
