Trách nhiệm chính

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs and expectations, and provide appropriate solutions and services.
• Monitor project implementation and ensure service quality throughout the engagement.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Korean market together with the BD team in Korea.
• Develop and execute business plans based on assigned sales and market KPIs.
• Receive and qualify business opportunities, coordinate with the delivery/production team to develop proposals, and present solutions to clients.
• Participate in proposal discussions, negotiations, deal closing, contract completion, and customer support throughout project delivery and post-sales activities.
• Explore and expand business opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Achieve assigned quarterly sales targets.
• Address customer issues, concerns, and inquiries, and provide technical support when necessary.
• Organize customer events and marketing activities to strengthen client relationships.
• Provide regular reports to the Board of Management and collaborate with relevant departments to improve short-term and long-term business performance.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu

• 1+ years of experience working with Korean clients in IT Outsourcing services or IT products
• Fluent Korean communication skills, with TOPIK Level 5 or above; a good understanding of Korean culture and previous experience working or studying in Korea are considered advantages
• Experience in developing business proposals and presentation materials for clients regarding solutions or services; proficient in office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Email, etc.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to handle problems flexibly and provide appropriate solutions to clients
• Good understanding of IT and the ability to discuss and present software technologies, Cloud systems, AI, Data, and other IT-related topics
• Experience using customer prospecting tools and channels such as professional networks, forums, social media, CRM systems, and Digital Email Marketing tools

• Pay: Up to 35,000,000₫ per month
