Trách nhiệm chính
- Business Development (20%): Expand business scale with current customers, create new business, promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
- Project Management (70%): Play the role of project leader in implementing company projects, responsible for the quality of brainstorm sessions, concept orientation, ideas of the project, conduct project presentations with the help/participation of related teams, manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
- Training (10%): Provide clear roadmap & guidance, always-on improving leadership to catch up the promotion process, lead, inspire and drive the team to achieve objectives (billing, profit, client building, people development and process improvement), develop the team by coaching and training team members to improve skill.
Yêu cầu
- Have 5+ year experience in advertising/marketing agency as same role
- Good at teamwork: ability to socialize and synchronize with team members.
- Can stand strong pressure: ability to work stressful situations during projects. Accept the situation as it is and face difficulties to solve together with the team.
