Trách nhiệm chính
- Generate leads, close sales deals, and achieve revenue targets.
- Negotiate agreements and present tailored architectural design solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key business clients.
- Provide product information and address complex customer inquiries.
- Mentor and support junior team members on sales and technical matters.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate business records.
- Contribute to regional sales strategies and business development planning.
- Resolve client issues and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct cold calls and arrange appointments with prospective clients.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 10 years of experience in the architectural design industry.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager or in senior company management, with proven experience in management decisions, strategy formulation, and organizational operations.
- English: Upper‑Intermediate level.
- Experience in the design and supervision of large‑scale properties.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in business management, including P&L, B/S, budget management, and KPI design.
- Experience coordinating, reporting, and making proposals with Japanese headquarters or overseas branches.
- Experience building networks with clients, government agencies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Japanese language skills and experience working in Japanese.

- Mức lương: Từ 100 triệu VNĐ
