Trách nhiệm chính
- Create and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets for assigned product ranges.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling products to hospitals and healthcare professionals, managing relationships with distributors/dealers.
- Provide on-site application support and resolve technical issues.
- Keep updated on market progress and identify new business opportunities.
- Track and follow up with internal teams and distributors to ensure smooth product ordering and delivery.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to hospital staff.
- Maintain frequent visits to customers per visit plan.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and procurement departments.
- Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing needs and resolving product usage or delivery issues.
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve offerings.
- Act as first point of contact for customer complaints and coordinate with technical team for installation, training, after-sales services.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customer meetings, seminars, conferences, trade exhibitions, tender submission.
- Identify potential investment and purchase opportunities through tender management.
- Ensure products listed in hospital tenders meeting criteria and deadlines.
- Monitor tender performance and manage issues during tender process.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product portfolio and configure/customize products to meet hospital needs.
- Report sales performance, customer interactions, market intelligence, competitor activities via CRM.
- Build relationships with dealers across region.
- Collaborate with other teams for aligned actions and support events, surveys.
- Fulfill other tasks as assigned by direct managers.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 0-2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in application sales within medical device industry.
- Open for fresher in sales/marketing of medical devices and/or instrument and/or consumables with strong consulting mindset.
- Experience working with dealers/distributors (if any).
- Experience in tender management (if any).
- Good English communication skills.
- Effective communication and business acumen.
- Strong application support and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- High motivation and results-oriented mindset.
- Ethical conduct.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences.
- Experience working with relevant products is preferable.
