Trách nhiệm chính
- Undertake valuation assignments as part of a team
- Valuation of assets, especially residential & real estate property
- Inspect sites/buildings and review building information
- Conduct market research across Vietnam, analyze and organize information for valuation purposes
- Support in writing valuation reports and other consultancy reports including market advisory
- Build up the internal database on Vietnam economic indicator and Real Estate market situation
Yêu cầu
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
