Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead one or more cross‑functional engineering squads delivering colleague‑facing mobile applications, digital experiences, and platform services.
- Manage multi‑Agile teams, set engineering standards, sprint backlogs, and performance metrics.
- Coach engineers to be T‑shaped, ensuring quality, security, and reliability across mobile, API, cloud, and platform domains.
- Drive engineering practices: mobile architecture, API design, cloud‑native development, observability, resilience, security, performance optimisation.
- Partner with Product Owners, Designers, and Architects to translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee technical design decisions, architecture reviews, and engineering trade‑offs.
- Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks and accessibility, security, performance, operational support requirements.
- Foster a learning‑based culture and set realistic, stretch objectives for the team.
- Fulfil additional tasks as assigned by People Leader or NAB Vietnam representative.
Yêu cầu
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of leading cross‑functional Agile teams.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application development (iOS, Android, modern digital platforms).
- Experience with mobile architecture patterns, API integration, authentication, application security, performance optimisation.
- Experience leading engineers across frontend, mobile, backend, and platform disciplines.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, production operations.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver complex technology projects involving multiple engineering teams onshore and offshore.
- Strong stakeholder management, people leadership, team building, motivation, coaching skills.
- Experience with code and change management processes.
- Experience with IT Service Management (e.g., Release Management) and ServiceNow or similar.
- Excellent communication skills at strategic and operational levels.
- Fluent English.
