Trách nhiệm chính

• Lead corporate FP&A, treasury, transfer pricing, tax and regulatory compliance, guiding and reviewing the accounting function.
• Report to COO with a dotted line to CEO, communicating financial performance, risks and priorities.
• Provide a CFO mindset, proactively propose solutions and act as a trusted partner to the CxO.
• Conduct financial planning & analysis: annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis and profitability analysis by project, client and contract type.
• Business partnering: advise the CxO on expansion, new markets, major contracts and investment deals; build dashboards, financial KPIs and financial models.
• Treasury & cash management: working capital & cash flow forecasting, funding strategy, FX exposure management (JPY, USD, VND), capex evaluation (ROI, payback, NPV) and payment approval with Maker/Approver segregation.
• Accounting, reporting & internal control: review statutory financial statements (VAS) and management reports, approve Accounting Manual & SOPs, assess internal controls and serve as main contact for external audit.
• Transfer pricing: own policy and intercompany agreements, monitor margins, provide data for annual TP documentation, ensure accurate related‑party disclosures and lead explanations to tax authorities.
• Tax compliance & planning: review CIT, VAT, PIT and FCT compliance, apply the Vietnam–Japan Double Taxation Agreement, maintain software‑enterprise tax incentives and compliant tax planning.
• Regulatory authority relations: liaise with tax authorities, lead inspections and audits, monitor changes in tax laws and VAS/IFRS and assess financial impact.
• Team leadership & continuous improvement: lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team, train on new regulations, drive automation and process improvements and align data and processes with Sales, HR and Project Management.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance & accounting, including a management role.
• Solid knowledge of VAS/IFRS, Vietnamese tax laws (CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT) and transfer pricing regulations.
• Hands‑on experience handling tax inspections and audits.
• Experience in a foreign‑invested company (Japanese IT/software company experience is a strong plus).
• Good spoken and written English, able to communicate directly and regularly with the CEO and the Board of Directors.
• CFO mindset: sees the business impact behind the numbers, with sound judgment on financial risk.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial modeling, variance analysis and cash flow forecasting; experience with ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; presents figures clearly to the Board and non‑finance colleagues.
• High integrity and attention to detail; able to lead and develop a team.
