- Take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure uniform appearance and professional communication.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
