Trách nhiệm chính
- Build and implement business and expense plans for the department annually and per period.
- Manage and execute department operations, including implementing credit product delivery to customers.
- Organize marketing and advise customers on related transactions: capital mobilization products, account management, payment services, card services, ATM, POS, remittance payments, digital banking services, foreign exchange activities, and other customer services.
- Promote and manage business activities for IVB customer segments, implementing sales promotion programs for the sales team and developing cooperative relationships with partners.
- Ensure quality and efficiency of business activities, compliance with relevant regulations and processes.
- Manage human resources: participate in selecting and training employees, building a successor team, assigning targets, guiding and evaluating performance, proposing personnel arrangements.
- Periodically and ad-hoc reporting as required and perform other tasks assigned by management/Branch manager.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University or above in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Legal knowledge related to banking operations, compliance control and anti-money laundering according to the Bank’s regulations.
- Knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
- Knowledge of finance analysis, credit/assets appraisal.
- Good knowledge in macroeconomics, finance, and banking.
- Minimum of 03 years’ experience in credit institutions with at least 01 year in equivalent management positions.
- English: TOEIC 600 and above or equivalent.
