Trách nhiệm chính
- Support assigned Marketing & Sales tasks under the guidance and supervision of the Department Manager.
- Edit and produce video and animated content, including subtitles, for social media, events, and promotional or instructional purposes.
- Design digital marketing materials, including banners, cover images, infographics, email marketing materials, PowerPoint presentations, website visuals, and other digital assets.
- Support the planning and execution of Marketing campaigns and events, such as webinars and internal/external events.
- Support the development of content for the company website and social media platforms.
- Assist the Sales Department in the preparation, management, and administration of customer documents, contracts, and addendums, as well as monitor payment status.
- Assist in drafting contracts, addendums, and quotations for clients.
- Facilitate invoice reconciliation and payment follow-up with customers.
- Process payment documents and coordinate with suppliers and the Accounting Department.
- Maintain and organize both hard copy and electronic records of documents, contracts, and addendums.
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely completion of tasks and resolve any issues.
Yêu cầu
- Open to 3rd- and 4th-year undergraduate students and fresh graduates majoring in Logistics, Sales, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience as a team leader, project leader, or active member of student organizations, clubs, extracurricular activities, or community projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in or familiar with basic design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Good visual thinking and creativity.
- Willing to commit to 3 months.
- Have a personal computer suitable for Marketing, Sales, design, and basic video editing work.
