Trách nhiệm chính
- Requirement Elicitation: Work directly with Japanese and English‑speaking clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business and functional requirements.
- Specification & Modeling: Translate requirements into user stories, mockups, non‑functional requirements, and detailed technical specifications (SRS/BRD).
- Bridge & Team Alignment: Act as the primary communication bridge between clients and engineering teams; clarify business logic during development.
- Quality & Delivery Support: Collaborate with the Project Manager to review deliverables, control output quality, and support user acceptance.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands‑on IT Business Analyst experience
- Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience creating user stories, wireframes/mockups, system flows, and presenting solutions to customers
- Basic programming knowledge and solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
