• Operate, monitor and support enterprise routing, switching, SD‑WAN/WAN, internet, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, VPN, load‑balancing and high‑availability services, proactively identifying faults, capacity risks and performance degradation, restoring service within agreed incident priorities.
• Maintain reliable connectivity for guest Wi‑Fi, property‑management, point‑of‑sale, payment, gaming, surveillance, access‑control, voice, digital signage, building‑management and third‑party systems, coordinating changes with application owners, vendors and operations teams to minimize disruption.
• Administer next‑generation firewalls, IDS/IPS, secure remote access, NAC/802.1X, AAA, web/DNS security and network security policies, implementing least‑privilege access and segmentation between guest, corporate, payment, gaming, surveillance, IoT/OT, vendor and management networks.
• Design, tune and troubleshoot high‑density enterprise Wi‑Fi, including RF performance, roaming, authentication, captive portal and service quality, using monitoring and survey data to improve coverage, capacity and user experience across guest rooms, gaming floors, event spaces and outdoor areas.
• Provide Tier 2/3 investigation for complex network and security incidents, participate in major‑incident, cyber‑incident and disaster‑recovery activities, perform root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and post‑incident documentation, and participate in shift, weekend, holiday and on‑call support.
• Plan, risk‑assess, test, implement and validate network changes through the approved change process, maintain secure configurations, backups, software/firmware lifecycle, asset records, support contracts, capacity plans and hardware replacement roadmaps.
• Develop technical requirements and low‑level designs; evaluate products; prepare bills of materials; implement upgrades, migrations and new‑site services, ensuring operational handover includes testing, diagrams, standards, runbooks and support ownership.
• Support applicable gaming controls, payment‑card security obligations, privacy requirements and internal policies, maintain evidence for firewall reviews, access reviews, configuration standards, vulnerability remediation, logging/monitoring and segmentation validation, cooperate with auditors and approved assessors.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP/VLAN inventories, circuit records, standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles, communicate clearly with stakeholders, follow IT service‑management practices, mentor junior staff and promote a respectful service culture.

Yêu cầu

• College or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on enterprise network engineering/operations experience in a high‑availability environment.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6 fundamentals, VLAN, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, OSPF/BGP fundamentals, QoS, NAT, VPN, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Syslog and network troubleshooting.
• Hands‑on experience with enterprise switches, routers, wireless LAN controllers/access points, firewalls and centralized monitoring/configuration platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot methodically using packet captures, logs, telemetry, performance data and documented change history.
• Working knowledge of secure network architecture, segmentation, identity‑based access, vulnerability remediation, backup/restore and disaster‑recovery concepts.
• Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese; able to produce clear technical documentation and communicate during high‑priority incidents.
• Service‑oriented, disciplined and able to work safely in a 24/7 hospitality and casino environment, including rostered on‑call support.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

• Prior experience in an integrated resort, hotel, casino, entertainment venue or other 24/7 mission‑critical operation.
• Experience supporting high‑density guest Wi‑Fi and integrations involving PMS, POS, payment, gaming, surveillance, VoIP, IPTV, BMS and IoT/OT environments.
• Experience with technologies commonly used in enterprise environments such as Cisco Meraki, HPE, Aruba, Alcatel‑Lucent Enterprise, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks or equivalent.
• Relevant certification such as CCNA/CCNP, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, CWNA or Security+.
• Exposure to PCI DSS, security/audit evidence, ITIL practices, automation using PowerShell/Python/Ansible, and cloud/network connectivity in Microsoft 365 or other cloud platforms.
