Trách nhiệm chính
- Manage and drive multiple development projects targeting the Japanese market.
- Take ownership of schedule, quality, requirements, resources, risks, and project profitability.
- Coordinate and clarify requirements/specifications between Japanese Business Units / Clients and Vietnam Development Teams.
- Conduct project planning, task management, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project issues appropriately.
- Review testing activities and participate in release decisions.
Yêu cầu
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Project Management, with experience managing multiple software development projects.
- Experience coordinating resources across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Experience managing project risks and establishing appropriate processes to mitigate them.
- Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills; Communicating and making decisions based on the broader context, rather than simply following up on requirements.
Mức lương
- Lương: 50000K - 90000K VND một tháng
