Trách nhiệm chính
- Gather business and system requirements.
- Act as the bridge between client and offshore/onshore teams to clarify requirements with developers, QC, UI designers, and internal teams.
- Create BRD, feature lists, UC lists, UC details, GBR, and wireframes for complex use cases.
- Assist offshore/onshore teams in knowledge transfer of existing systems.
- Review and provide feedback on the final implementation of the user interface.
- Assist PM with project scope, change management, estimation, and planning.
- Support UAT by testing and verifying bugs/issues with the client.
- Review materials such as SRS, UC, etc., from other BAs.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor or higher degree in IT, Mathematics, or related fields.
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in e-commerce or financial and banking industry.
- Solid experience or understanding of banking products or e-wallet products.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience with Tableau, Microsoft BI, MicroStrategy, and SQL coding.
- Experience with sales, financial, and execution data (both internal and syndicated) and creating dashboards and scorecards to visualize the data.
- Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative.
- Analytical mindset with problem‑solving aptitude and ability to analyze multiple data sources to create insights.
- Project management skills.
