Trách nhiệm chính
- Take charge of planning for new products of ceiling fan and ventilation fan in Vietnam.
- Conduct market research and market analysis — including demand, trends, customer insights, and competitor information — through market visits, desk research, and customer meetings.
- Discuss and decide product details with various stakeholders such as R&D, manufacturing, sales, marketing, Japan team, and overseas members.
- Summarize all related information and documents according to internal planning requirements.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum education: University/College/Vocational School (Đại Học).
- 2+ years of experience in Product Planning, Engineering, or Marketing.
- Business English proficiency.
- Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
