Về công việc
Trách nhiệm chính
- Nurture and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Proactively engage clients to introduce Chiller and Airside equipment replacement packages.
- Drive sales activities for turnkey replacement packages including supply and installation of Chillers, Airside equipment, cooling towers, pumps, piping, ductworks, and electrical integration.
- Conduct technical assessments and propose energy-efficient HVAC optimization solutions.
- Expand market footprint through equipment-base tracking and networking.
- Collaborate with subcontractors and internal teams during site surveys to generate commercial quotations.
- Lead contract lifecycle management including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial terms.
- Develop technical presentations and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with technical and administrative teams for billing and payment processing.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely debt collection.
- Analyze sales data and market trends for management reporting.
- Ensure adherence to company compliance and operational guidelines.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Thermal/HVAC Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related industrial fields.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the HVAC industry.
- Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, Chiller plantrooms, Airside solutions, and on-site technical operations.
- Professional fluency in Vietnamese.
- Basic English communication skills with the ability to read technical documents.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and technical presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
