Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead the implementation, operation and technical support of enterprise services, including Internet & Connectivity Services, Managed Services, Cloud Services, Cyber Security Services.
- Ensure all service SLA and KPI commitments are achieved.
- Manage incident handling, escalations and operational issues.
- Optimize technical resources and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and standardize service delivery processes.
- Review and provide technical direction for customer solutions before implementation.
- Develop technical standards, documentation and best practices.
- Coach and strengthen the technical capabilities of the engineering team.
- Foster a customer‑centric culture across the organization.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Act as the primary contact for critical service issues and customer escalations.
- Work closely with Sales, Presales and NOC teams to continuously improve customer experience.
- Lead, coach and develop the Service Delivery Engineering team.
- Conduct performance reviews, mentoring and career development planning.
- Build succession plans and support recruitment activities.
- Drive operational excellence and Kaizen initiatives.
- Promote AI, Automation and Digital Transformation within service operations.
- Improve service quality while reducing incident resolution time.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Network, Telecommunications or IT Infrastructure.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience managing a technical team of 7+ engineers.
- Previous experience in an ISP, Managed Service Provider or System Integrator environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Network Infrastructure, Managed Services, Cloud Technologies, Cyber Security.
- Experience delivering services to enterprise customers.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.

- Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, NSE, PCNSE or equivalent.
- Experience in Automation, AI or Digital Transformation initiatives within IT operations is a strong advantage.
